About the Chef
Confy Kitchen is led by Confidence, a chef and caterer based in Edmonton with roots in Saskatoon. She specialises in authentic African and Western cuisine—think Jollof, small chops, rich soups, fried rice, plus baked treats—made with fresh ingredients and strict hygiene. Her team has catered events across the city, including for the crew of Nigerian superstar Davido at Edmonton’s Afro Fest (Aug 2025). Through our “Cook with Confidence” classes for ages 12–17, we teach real kitchen skills, safety, and healthy habits—so teens leave proud of what they can create.
